Abstract:foreword Chinese union with the market-oriented transformation of China labor relations, as well as the tension, the resulting labor relations workers benefit seriously infringed and interests to be expressed effectively and maintain, and increasingly become the important action of the main body of the reform. We can clearly see that, in the new historical period, Chinese trade union and participation in the process also gradually gained a very important position, which not only involved in the core layer of management, and has become an important force to organize and mobilize all levels, various forms of employee participation.
