中国社会科学院社会发展战略研究院副研究员，硕士生导师。北京大学社会学系社会学博士（与澳大利亚墨尔本大学联合培养）、香港城市大学公共及社会行政学系博士后。2009-2011年于香港城市大学公共及社会行政学系兼职讲师； 2007-2008年澳大利亚墨尔本大学土地与环境学院，访问学者及研究助理。
