Abstract : This article attempts to assure the condition of feeling of relative deprivation and its influence on social behavior in the process of social development empirically and theoretically. Based on the Data of 1987, 1994, 1996, 2001, 2007, 2012 surveys, it is suggested that which group would have feeling of relative deprivation much than the other in special social situation. By statistical analysis, we find that the much society had changed and the resources had been distributed among the various groups more differently, the more relative deprivation would have been felt by them. By examination of scales, we also find that on the one hand, the hope for social justice is reflected by feeling of relative deprivation, on the other hand, the government should search for the suitable and sustainable institutional arrangement to solve the social problems coming from relative deprivation.
