The Investigation of China’s SOEs’ Structural Reform & Korea’s Economic Development and Its Revelation

In the IWEP, the fifth and sixth lectures of a lecture series on Korea were delivered on the topics of “the Investigation of China’s SOEs’ Structural Reform” and “Korea’s Economic Development and Its Revelation” at 9:30-16:50 on Sep. 12, 2012.

Song Hong, assistant director of the IWEP and Zhang Bin, head of the Global Macro Economy division, hosted the lectures respectively. Piao Zhongjiu, chair of the Korean Institute of the Science & Technology Foundation, and Mr. Lee Hee-beom, chairman of the Korea STX Heavy Industries made keynote speeches. Researchers and students from IWEP and the media attended the lectures and discussions.
